That geography is the quiet genius of this retreat. A fasted blood draw at 7 a.m. and back on the beach by nine. A VO2 Max test before lunch. No hour-long transfers between “medical day” and “holiday day” — the two simply coexist, fourteen days straight.
Premium guests stay in private villas or beachfront suites with their own pools; Standard guests take private rooms in a comfort villa or 4★ resort a few minutes away. Every option is inside the same quiet zone — chosen for silence, air and the walk to the water.
