Most retreat yoga is one class for whoever shows up. Ours starts from your Day-2 and Day-3 data: body composition, VO2 Max, movement screening. A stiff desk-bound founder and a marathon runner should not do the same practice — on this program, they don’t.
The rhythm follows the load-wave logic of the whole retreat: dynamic flow and mobility strength on active days, yin and restorative work on recovery days, always timed against contrast-therapy sessions so your nervous system gets a coherent signal instead of random stress.
By the end you have more than flexibility: a 20-minute daily movement routine designed around your actual restrictions — hips, thoracic spine, shoulders — that survives contact with real life at home.

Mobility as longevity
Range of motion and lower-body strength independently predict healthy ageing. We train the positions you’ll need at 80, starting now.
Yin & the nervous system
Long-hold passive practice downregulates sympathetic tone — the movement counterpart of an extended exhale.
Zone-2 base
Easy aerobic work (beach walks, light trekking on excursion days) builds the mitochondrial base that your VO2 Max re-test can actually reflect.
Strength where it counts
Short mobility-strength circuits protect the joints that yoga alone can leave unprepared.
Movement across the 14 days
- 01Days 2–4 — gentle restorative yoga and stretch while diagnostics complete

Frequently asked
I have never done yoga. Will I keep up?
Yes. Groups are capped at 10, every pose is scaled, and your coach knows your movement screen from Day 2. Premium guests train 1:1. This is a health program, not a performance class.
Is this a yoga retreat in Bali?
Yoga is one of seven modules here, not the whole product. If you want six hours of asana daily, a dedicated yoga retreat fits better; if you want movement integrated with diagnostics, cold therapy and nutrition — this is the format.
What should I pack for the movement program?
Light training clothes, one warmer layer for early mornings and swimwear. Mats, props and trekking poles are provided; our packing guide covers the rest.
