The word “detox” does a lot of unearned work in the retreat industry. We skip it. Your Day-2 panel shows exactly where your nutrition is failing you — glucose regulation, lipids, micronutrient gaps, inflammatory load — and your nutritionist turns those numbers into a menu, not a lecture.
Bali makes the food part easy: year-round organic produce, ocean fish, tropical fruit at peak ripeness. Every meal for 14 days is chef-prepared to your plan — personal chef on Premium, small-group menu with individual adjustments on Standard. No calorie apps, no willpower required; the environment does the work.
The real product is what happens after: a cooking demonstration in week two, a practical shopping-and-restaurant playbook, and a 12-month nutrition plan aligned with your re-test results — written for your real life, not for a resort.

Protein anchor
Adequate protein at every meal protects lean mass — the metabolically active tissue your DEXA scan quantifies.
Glucose stability
Meal order, fibre load and smart carbohydrate timing flatten the glucose curves that drive afternoon crashes.
Anti-inflammatory base
Omega-3-rich fish, olive oil, colourful produce and spice-driven Indonesian flavours — tasty is a compliance strategy.
Supplements, evidence-based
Your protocol includes only supplements with a mechanism and a marker we can re-test: vitamin D, omega-3, magnesium, creatine where indicated — not a 30-jar shelf.

Is this a detox retreat?
No — and deliberately so. Your liver detoxifies you; our job is to feed it properly. What we run is precision nutrition: menu decisions driven by your measured biomarkers, with a re-test to verify direction.
Can you handle dietary restrictions?
Yes — vegetarian, gluten-free, allergies and religious requirements are all accommodated. Tell us at booking and the chef builds around it from Day 1.
Will I lose weight?
Many guests do, but weight is not the target — body composition is. Fourteen days of stable glucose, adequate protein and real sleep typically move visceral fat and energy before the scale moves much. Your DEXA shows the truth either way.
