What makes this different from other wellness retreats in Bali?
No other retreat on Bali combines full hospital-grade diagnostics (55+ blood biomarkers, hormone panel, VO2 Max, body composition) with a re-test at the end, a personalized supplement and hormone plan, and professional guided ice-bath and sauna therapy — in one 14-day program. You leave with measured, documented change, not just a feeling.
How much does the 14-day medical wellness retreat cost?
The Standard small-group package starts from $5,900 per person (≈ $420/night, double occupancy) and the Premium private package from $13,900 (≈ $990/night). Both include accommodation, full board, hospital diagnostics with re-test, all protocols, transfers and excursions. Comparable Western longevity clinics charge $10,000–25,000 for one week — without Bali.
Where does the medical check-up take place? Is it safe?
All diagnostics are performed by a licensed international-standard hospital in Sanur — the flagship of Bali’s health special economic zone, minutes from your villa — plus an accredited laboratory partner for home/villa blood draws. We are a tour operator: medicine is always delivered by licensed medical institutions and physicians.
What exactly is measured in the health check-up?
55+ blood biomarkers including a full hormone panel (testosterone, estrogen, cortisol, thyroid), metabolic and inflammation markers, plus VO2 Max cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) and DEXA/InBody body-composition analysis. Key markers are re-tested on Day 13 so you can see your 14-day delta in numbers.
Is the ice bath safe for beginners?
Yes — every cold session is guided by a dedicated cold-exposure specialist. We start with a gentle introduction (10°C), teach breathing control first, and progress to 4°C only when you are ready. Guests with cardiovascular conditions are screened during the Day-2 medical check-up before any cold protocol.
I am not fit / I have never done yoga. Can I join?
Absolutely. The program is built on “load waves” — active days alternate with recovery days, and every protocol is scaled to your level using your own diagnostic data. This is a reset for busy professionals, not a bootcamp.
How do I get there and do I need a visa?
Fly into Denpasar (DPS) — direct flights from most Australian and Asian hubs. Most nationalities receive a visa on arrival (30 days, extendable). We include VIP airport fast-track and all island transfers; our team supports you with visa questions before you fly.
When is the best time to come, and how do I book?
Bali is a year-round destination; cohorts run monthly with 6–10 guests. July–August book out first. Reserve with a fully refundable deposit via WhatsApp — we will confirm your dates, answer medical questions and send the pre-arrival questionnaire.
Can I book a specific start date?
Cohorts start monthly. Premium guests can request custom start dates, subject to villa and hospital availability.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are fully refundable up to 45 days before your cohort starts, and transferable to a later cohort up to 14 days before.
Do you accommodate couples?
Yes — both packages are priced per person on double occupancy, and couples share a villa or suite. Single supplement: +$700–1,200 (Standard) / +$1,500–3,000 (Premium).
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes — standard travel insurance is required, and we recommend a policy covering medical evacuation. The retreat includes contingency support, and our coordinators assist with any claims paperwork.
Is the program suitable for women specifically?
Yes. Hormone panels are sex-specific (including estrogen and thyroid focus), nutrition accounts for cycle phases where relevant, and cold protocols are adjusted accordingly. Women make up roughly half of wellness travellers — the program is built for both physiologies.
Can I keep working during the retreat?
Light async work is realistic on recovery days (villas have fast Wi-Fi), but we recommend blocking meetings for the first four days and the last two. Guests who fully disconnect get measurably better re-test deltas — your call.
What languages does the team speak?
The program runs in English. Doctors, coordinators and specialists are English-speaking; reports and plans are issued in English.
Are the medical procedures optional?
The diagnostic core (blood panel, body composition) anchors the program, but every component is consent-based. Optional add-ons like NAD+ therapy proceed only after physician clearance.
How far in advance should I book?
Cohorts cap at 10 and July–August dates fill first. Six to eight weeks ahead is comfortable; last-minute spots occasionally open — ask on WhatsApp.
