A health check-up in Bali that would cost $5,000+ back home
Your entire program stands on data: 55+ biomarkers, hormones, VO2 Max and body composition — captured at an international-standard hospital in Sanur, then re-measured before you fly home.
Most executive health checks tell you what you already know. Ours is built for optimization, not just disease screening: the panel covers metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, inflammation, micronutrients and a full hormonal profile — the numbers that actually explain why you feel the way you feel.
Everything happens inside Bali’s new health special economic zone in Sanur. The hospital campus is minutes from your villa by electric shuttle: fasted blood draw at 7 a.m., breakfast by the ocean at 9. No queues, no clinical tourism logistics — the medicine comes to your holiday, not the other way around.
And because a single measurement is just a snapshot, we re-test your key markers on Day 13. That before/after delta — printed in your health passport — is what separates a documented transformation from a nice feeling.
What we measure, and why it matters
55+ blood biomarkers
Lipids and ApoB, fasting glucose and HbA1c, liver and kidney panels, hs-CRP and other inflammation markers, ferritin, vitamin D and key micronutrients — the metabolic dashboard of your body.
Full hormone panel
Testosterone, estrogen, cortisol, DHEA and thyroid axis (TSH, T3, T4). Hormones are where “labs normal, feel terrible” usually hides.
VO2 Max (CPET)
Cardiopulmonary exercise testing on a medical treadmill. VO2 Max is the single strongest measured predictor of all-cause mortality — and it’s trainable.
Body composition
DEXA or InBody scanning: lean mass, visceral fat, bone density. Weight is noise; composition is signal.
Burnout & stress diagnostics
A structured clinical-psychology assessment on Day 3 turns “I’m tired all the time” into a workable map of your stress physiology.

Frequently asked
How much does a medical check-up cost in Bali?
Standalone hospital check-up packages in Bali range from roughly $200 for a classic screening to $450+ for executive panels with imaging. In our retreat, the full diagnostic block — including hormones, VO2 Max, body composition and the Day-13 re-test — is already included in the package price.
Is a Bali hospital check-up trustworthy?
The hospital we work with is an international-standard facility in the Sanur health special economic zone — the first in Indonesia licensed to hire foreign physicians, with Singaporean and Australian lab partners. All interpretation is done by licensed doctors.
Can I get the results in English?
Yes — your health passport, lab reports and the 12-month plan are all issued in English, in both digital and printed form, and are usable by your doctor at home.
What if the check-up finds something serious?
That’s exactly what screening is for. Your doctor discusses any findings confidentially, and the hospital offers full specialist departments if follow-up is needed. We adjust your protocol safely around any diagnosis.
