Why the program is built this way

Adaptation first

Days 1–4 are deliberately gentle: your body lands, your data is captured, and every later protocol is calibrated to it.

Load in waves

Active days alternate with recovery days. Contrast therapy, trekking and testing never stack — adaptation happens in the valleys, not the peaks.

Grouped logistics

Excursions are batched into 2–3 day blocks (Ubud, central falls, Uluwatu) so you are never living out of a van. Base camp stays in Sanur.
