How Much Does a Wellness Retreat in Bali Cost in 2026?

Price per night by retreat type, what our 14-day packages include and exclude, and five questions that make any retreat price comparable.

By the Bali Longevity Tour editorial team · Medical topics reviewed for accuracy; not medical advice

Short answer: a wellness retreat in Bali can cost anything from a modest yoga week to more than $1,000 a night. For a medically led program the useful benchmark is price per night with diagnostics included: our 14-day retreat in Sanur costs from $5,900 (about $420 a night, Standard, small group) to $13,900 (about $990 a night, Premium, private), all-inclusive with hospital tests and a re-test. A comparable week at a Western longevity clinic runs $10,000–25,000.

Prices only mean something next to what they buy. Below is how to read retreat prices in Bali in 2026, what our packages include and exclude, and the questions to ask any retreat before you pay a deposit.

What Drives the Price of a Bali Wellness Retreat

Four things explain most of the spread you will see online:

  • Accommodation. A shared room in a guesthouse and a private pool villa can sit inside the same “wellness retreat” label.
  • Staff and 1:1 time. Group yoga classes cost far less per guest than private sessions with a psychologist, nutritionist or coach.
  • Medicine. Hospital diagnostics, physicians and re-testing are the most expensive line — and the one most retreats simply do not have. Roughly 40% of our package price is medicine.
  • Length. Three to five days is a holiday with classes; measurable change in sleep, fitness and blood markers needs about two weeks, which is why our program runs 14 nights.

What Is Included in Our Price

Both packages cover 14 nights in Sanur, full board, the hospital diagnostic block on days 1–2 with a re-test on day 13, a physician consultation and health passport, guided ice bath and sauna sessions, yoga and breathwork, nutrition and psychology work, transfers, excursions to Ubud and Uluwatu, a supplement kit and online follow-up (one month Standard, three months Premium).

What Costs Extra

  • Flights and visa. Most nationalities get a 30-day visa on arrival, extendable once.
  • Single supplement. +$700–1,200 on Standard, +$1,500–3,000 on Premium if you travel alone and do not share.
  • VO2 max test on Standard. Included in Premium, an optional add-on in Standard.
  • Optional cellular therapies. NAD+ infusions and exosome protocols on day 10 are priced separately by the partner clinic and are never required.

How to Compare Retreat Prices Fairly

Divide the total by the number of nights, then ask what share of that nightly price buys something you could not get on a normal holiday. Five questions sort most offers quickly:

  1. Is anything measured on arrival, and is it measured again before you leave?
  2. Who interprets the results — a licensed physician, or a coach reading an app?
  3. How many hours of 1:1 time are included, and with whom?
  4. What happens after you fly home: a plan, follow-up calls, or nothing?
  5. What are the deposit and cancellation terms?
